The Brewmaster

Picture
The Brewmaster is inspired by various craft brews tasted while traveling around the country. Working in the brewing industry brings me all over the country giving great exposure to micro and craft breweries that make me try to put a new spin on existing beer styles.  A true hop-head, there is always an APA or IPA on hand and at least 1 more in the pipeline.  A new member of the American Homebrew Association and the Appleton Libation Enthusiasts, I'm always looking for new ideas and beers.

The Boss

Picture
Always pushing me to try new styles and recipes is The Boss.  She leads me to step out of my comfort zone of brewing and tries her best to keep me in line.  She's the one to keep happy otherwise the brewery is in complete disarray.  Her opinion is always right, and if you think otherwise just ask her and she'll set the record straight.

The Tasting Panel

Always ready to sample some homebrews are a plethora of good friends that (usually) enjoy what's in the fridge.  Providing honest product reviews and making sarcastic jokes are their strong point, but they know how to make the brewpub a fun place to hang out, throw darts and make sure there are plenty of empty bottles to be filled with whatever is in the fermenters.

The Consultant

Picture
The Consultant's role in the operation is to provide feedback on upcoming brews.  He gets to have all the new ideas bounced off him for opinions, which are largely ignored.  However, just as every blind squirrel finds a nut, he sometimes hits the bulls-eye and the style, recipe, or beer name gets used.  Unfortunately for him he's 200 miles from the brewery so doesn't get to sample the products he provides advice on.
